I’m tired
Before I can sleep I must brush my teeth because hygiene
In order to brush teeth I must exit bed
Too tired to exit bed
If I do not brush teeth I cannot sleep and cure tiredness
Teeth no brush because too tired

I sit in bed for at least an hour sulking
