Do Americans not spell foetus without an O? Or is stan twt really bad at spelling. I’m having a hard time figuring it out. Twt had me spelling it as fetus and now I’m angry I’m not having social media ruin my spelling

Edit I looked it up and turns out for once Britain is actually the less common one, we spell it foetus here ig. My phone doesn’t recognise fetus as a word
