So this was a little all over the place and just wanted to post as although yes I am on reddit I truly feel 50/50 about that platform and don't usually post on it and use it to check in on writing forums but anyways. There was a post that got attention on r kpop surrounding my nugu rookie group that had to cancel their upcoming tour due to fundraising/ $ issues and I just feel like it could have been handled so much better, with a main focus on promoting the 7 members in Korea, fan signings, buskings, meet n greets, things like that.

Yes I'd love to see them on tour to but we often fail to get outside 80 - 100 comments on general YouTube videos, although the short content tends to be better, and the music videos do get more interaction. There's so many commenters I'm able to recognize because of how small of a randomly we truly are. And I've been in a lot so don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with that but from debut till now despite their releases doing well, whenever I look at the following number it just doesn't seem like a realistic jump/ real numbers if that makes sense.

I know I personally don't interact a lot in fandom spaces anymore let alone the comment section, but part of me wonders if these false numbers possibly gave them the belief they were a little more popular then they are?

This isn't the first time I'm noticing this and I'm not pointing fingers and saying they bought bots, I experienced four group disbandments and ones that didn't even get to debut this year and its just something I couldn't help but notice. So please don't take me wrong. 💙
