I was not able to find a question similar/answer to this:

Do you guys at all exchange badges, let's say we have one that's level 2 but we want a different level 2 would you guys possibly do an exchange?
or does discard return any of the credits we used to spend on the badge?

Ooh we will find out than, would be a good idea with so many added all the time as long as the exchange is for the same "price range"

No, currently you cannot exchange a card for another card of the same level without approval from an admin. If you discard a card, you will not get any credits back either.
