You can't submit files directly onto the site so you'll have to find a file-sharing website (such as dailymotion, vimeo, youtube, etc.) to upload your audio and then post the link here

i dont wanna make it public so which approved site can i upload it on but make it private?

When uploading youtube videos you can set them as private so only you can see them or as unlisted where only people you give the url to can see it.
all the videos I uploaded for the award show are unlisted
