Produce 101 Japan: Shinsekai is the fourth season of the Japanese survival show program produced by LAPONE Entertainment, which premiered on March 26, 2026, and the final episode is scheduled on June 6, 2026.

Like its predecessors (JO1, INI, ME: I), SHINSEKAI intends to create a permanent boy group. However, it is the first in the franchise to officially broadcast worldwide with a fully integrated international voting system.

The show is available exclusively in Japan on Lemino and globally via Mnet Plus. The show features 101 trainees, and participants include various trainee profiles.

Park Siyoung (Former MIRAE) and Yoo Hyeonseung (Former PICKUS) had their focus cams suspended due to regulation violations.

Whoops, I'm shifting away from the main topic.

Anyways, the final group will debut simultaneously in Japan and South Korea, but unfortunately not in North Korea. :(

This season allows for international voting and includes non-Japanese participants, including Chuang Jay and Archer Uy, and the competition starts with 101 trainees who compete for a spot in the final 12-member group (an increase from the typical 11).

Dean Fujioka and Choi Sooyung are serving as trainers/representatives.

National voting is held via the Lemino app using a d-account, while global viewers can vote via Mnet Plus.

The final lineup is 100% determined by viewer votes, categorized into KOKUMIN Producer (National Producers - Japan) and SEKAI Producer (Global Producers)

The trainees are guided by a professional team, including mentors like Nakasone Rino, KAITA, Adachi Yuto, Kevin Woo, and Kawabata Kaname.

I'll be casting my vote for Zukeran Hiroto. He isn't high on the ranking at all, but he's a contestant worth supporting. He has a versatile style suitable for intense rap and melodic performance. What are your thoughts, and who is your pick to vote for?
