Tbh I think it'll be cool as an app so we can get notifications from it and stuff but I agree that it'll be expensive to make it

Honestly from personal experience I don't think it'll happen
I'm on another site called everskies that has over 1m people registered and there's still no app </3 and to include its a dress up game with forums so you would think there's an app but no
anyways it seems unrealistic sorry
if this was an app and i actually had a phone I would definitely download it though
