Photo filter help

This may be a stretch(?), but does anyone know this certain filter I used on this selca of Seungmin (second one)?

I used it a long time ago but I don't remember what it's called or how to edit it to make it look like that again.
This is for my new signature btw, and I want to apply this filter to a Minho selca too.

(I was gonna put this in a status post but it was over the character limit no matter how much I edited it)

I think it's similar to cross-process but not ASCII from what I've seen so far

Ugh, it's at the tip of my tongue but I can't remember what filter I used yet (and this was a Windows photo editor filter I think)

The filter's definitely called Cross-process. You know, in order to make the photo look more natural and not so over-edited, you can remove bg and replace with another one (that's what I usually do). You can change the color of the bg so that it matched the filter, ya know? The process itself isn't difficult if you want to do it by yourself. However, I prefer to upload the pics on websites online and have people do it for me. Oh btw you can also do it with gifs!

Ooh okay, thank you for the info! I was able to find a similar filter on PicsArt, so I think I'm god here.
