Okay, who is this woman? And what is she running from? This MV seems to set XLOV up as gods or monarchs; them playing chess could symbolize them controlling people or a world. The woman seems very terrified but slightly awed of them, but they are mostly indifferent and seem somewhat amused by her, which, again, reminds me of a god or monarch. It's like she's something of a pawn to them--small, insignificant, useful, controllable. But then Mama Muti is very motherly towards her (of course) and she comes to trust them more. It sort of looks like Wumuti is blessing her? Then we see her with the sword that Hyun had previously, and it looks like she's returning to their castle again, as if she'd left to go fight something, but then she throws the sword...somewhere off screen. I really can't tell how she feels about XLOV, but it certainly seems like she's under their control to some degree. She seems somewhat wary of them by the end. There are some scenes when Lavenderz and Hattiez are in kind of opposite aesthetics--Lavenderz in white and feathers and lace and tulle, very flowy and soft, and Hattiez feel more--punk? inspired? A bit gothic but more punk. I'm not really sure what that symbolizes, but it's visually very cool. And okay, "Je te dévore"??? Idk how many of you speak French, but that means "I devour you" which is just??? All of the lyrics are very "we are gods" which

yes you are! Also the choreo does feel very vogue inspired, which I am very excited about! I love the vibe of this song. It definitely does feel different than what XLOV has done in the past, but it suits them! Edit: Also all the pictures of eyes behind Haru kind of give the vibes of omniscience--like "we see everything"
