My signature won't let me change the font size

Hi, so I was just making a new layout and stuff, but when I was trying to make the font bigger, it would just undo it whenever I reset the page. I saved it and everything, and ever other alteration remained when I refreshed the page, but the font size is stuck at 12 points. Do you have any idea what the problem might be and how I can fix it? Thank you.

Edit: I can also make it smaller than 12 points. Just not any bigger.

When I first joined I also had sig issues, try clearing the cache on the browser/device you are using, on some devices it blocks the change of fonts.

I usually make the fonts with my signature, do you use an app to make you sigs or no?

No, I just make them on Kprofiles

No, I just make them on Kprofiles

I usually make mine on Canva or kleki, because when I make them on an app then like copy and paste it into the signature thing, I make sure that the words are connected to the SIG, idk if that helps

I’d also check the source/BBCode view and see if the size tag gets changed back to 12 after saving. If it does, there’s a good chance the forum just has a hard limit set for maximum font size in signatures.
