Everything in my company going well with some little problems. Currently, there are 13 active members and they are getting ready for their first cover.
There are too many things going on in the company that I had to combine all the active members in all the groups and had to make one big pre-debut group. I and the general manager have too many things going on, so there's no time to manage new trainees. There are new trainees join and leave constantly, so I need someone to manage them, inform them and track their progress.
