i haven't traded pcs myself but from what i can tell, besides doing it in person at meetups like concerts or birthday events, usually you'd find someone to trade with online and then mail each other the pcs. you can also sell/buy pcs like that (personally i've bought pcs and stuff in this way) gotta be careful tho cuz some people are scammers.
