Members of NCT, Stray Kids and TXT will not be taking the college entrance exam this year.

As the college entrance test takes place today, many idols are eligible to take it to continue their education.
Even today, the media have already confirmed the names of the idols who are trying to pass it this year.
Several idols eligible to take the exam this year, however, will abstain.

Indeed, it was announced that Jisung of NCT, I.N of Stray Kids, and Beomgyu, Huening Kai and Taehyun of TXT have made the decision not to take the exam this year.

A lot of idols and even trainees will drop out of high school so they can focus on their careers.
They probably do some kind of online thing to get the Korean equivalent of a GED.
I'm pretty sure Jeno, Jaemin, Haechan, and Jisung had to do this. So it's not surprising he didn't take the entrance exam.
I did some googling and other idols like Yujin (izone), all the idols in this article https://kstarlive.com/article/2018/...d-out-of-School-to-Pursue-Their-Dreams-597409
I read somewhere that YG encourages trainees to drop out, so there's a good bet most YG idols are drop outs

But dropping out is not a bad thing. They had something more important and time sensitive that they love to do. They can always go back to school if they want
