I'm pretty sure these weren't visible In J-Hope's recent vlog where Jungkook made an appearance and did the CNS dance, so they were likely temporary. However a fan did point out that he seemed to be hiding the hand for the most part, this could have just been their imagination but should still be noted anyways.
