if you mean a banner made off of a request of yours, you can go to the edit section of forums, where you can find a bunch of edit shops that will make one for you for free! my edit shop (hope you don't mind a bit of self promo lol)
however, if you're just looking for a cute banner in general, i'd recommend pinterest!

I use pinterest and just search up twitter banners.

For the most part they fit pretty well

You could always go on edit shops just like el said and ask for one
or you could search it on Pinterest ( color/aesthetic) banner and they work pretty well
