Is Sharing/Giving credits a thing?

Heya I just wanted to come on here to ask if sharing/giving credits amongst users was a thing?
Like if I have some credits and I want to gift them to another user

I've been wondering about this for a while since I've seen that the staff members can give credits for events and things like that

Yes, mods can take credits from you & give them to another user, but we usually have to ask the admins about it first
