Idols' military enlistment

I don't know if this was already discussed or not, but what are your thoughts on idols joining military? Also, whose return are you waiting for? I can't wait for BigBang Daesung's discharge, I miss him so much, also the remaining BB members. T.O.P. is already back ^^ I also cannot wait for EXO Xiumin's return but he just enlisted, so I'll have to "sweat it out".

I don’t really mind them enlisting since they are doing it for their country. What I do mind is fans (not saying what fandoms since otherwise I’ll be attacked) saying due to [insert group name]’s popularity, they won’t have to enlist. They will most likely have to enlist and there is nothing stopping that (almost nothing).
