Best way to remember your passcode to stuff is to use its as your password on other apps and websites.
Ex: Make it your birth year with and @ sign or smth

if you really want to be safe, the best thing to do would be to write a unique password for everything down in a physical notebook that only you are aware of.

some more tips/hints! like galaxy said, write it down somewhere only you know abt, and create unique, varied passwords. a here's some food for thought: most sites (and even banks!) only require 8 character passwords, which are pretty easy to hack
