I don't think you can, only they can leave.

oooooooh. well what do I do if I reached the member limit and I have a inactive member and I need to add a new member and I have LOADS of information and stuff in the gc so you can't really make a new one :,) ?

I still don't think you can remove someone. You could try PMing a mod to see if they can do anything?
