GO TO ADMIN PANEL > ADD-ONS AND INSTALL ABSTRACT SIDEBAR TO SEE FORUMS AND SIDEBAR
Do u mean to download an image?
I think you can just click on it with the right part of the mouse and the click on "Save image"
