how to get a higher rank?

hello!

i was wondering what requirements need to be met in order to advance to the next rank? and what are each of the rankings?

i understand your rank changes based on posts and such, but exactly how many of each activity needs to be done to move up?

Afaik you get Rookie after 20 messages and Fan after 100. I'm not sure after that
Edit: 250 for Groupie and 500 for Stan.
