How do you learn k-pop dances?

mirrored dance practices and i slow down the video, also mirrored tutorials so i can learn it properly

i follow this youtube channel that doesn't mirrored dances for different songs but sometimes i learn them from watching the mv so many times

i usually just watch the video (mirrored or not) over and over till i become familiar with the moves, then try it in practise.

I don't, I just fail lol okay but I watch YouTube tutorials and sometimes I can get the chorus right but most times I'm just really bad at them :/
