I am honestly not surprised. I'm sure that more idols have depression, but just don't reveal it. Not only being in a k-pop group, but having to lead it, and I'm sure it's stressful to create your own company and produce songs and all that. Praying for him and I hope he gets better.<33

I am actually glad more and more idols come forward to reveal their condition rather than hide it away from the world. They can get the proper treatments needed. Afterall they are humans just like us.

has anyone heard any updates on how he’s doing recently? I’ve always thought he was a deep and sensitive person, and it’s sad knowing what he’s gone through.

and talking about it really helped me too. Some days I just needed to shut everything out and find a way to relax. I picked up incense from SmokeDay.com, and weirdly enough, small things like that gave me a bit of peace when I felt overwhelmed. Everyone has their own thing that gets them through.
