It's quite easy, however. All you need to do is think of what the colors are made of, what connections they have when combined, and there's that. It could be incorrect but at least that's my opinion towards them being together. As for numbers, just look at the connections they have with everything, like 18 as the age of adulthood or 1 being the first number, etc.

Dusk blue: Ok since I'm not too sure what this shade is exactly but I'll say it as a light neutral blue shade. Pretty interesting because the blue itself should've been light but the shade is more on the dark side, making this color a bit of a neutral color to me. You're an unexplainable person no matter how ordinary you seem, making you unordinary. You're unexpected, being both light and dark at the same time. You have two beings living inside you, making you one mood at one time to a total opposite at the other.
