friend's account banned

my friend was trying to sign up for the forums, but it said to wait for the administrators to confirm it. we waited a day, but now she's banned for "spam"

can anyone help fix this and put her in? her user is Seo.

I'm afraid your friend was accidentally banned cos she was mistaken for a spammer. We get thousands of spammers trying to make accounts / making accounts in the forums on a daily basis so we clear them out regularly.
I think her making a new account is the only solution. We will approve her this time and this will be hopefully resolved.

its ok, the ban got lifted and she's on like normal.
