I think for me it would either be Dami or Soyeon
Soyeon is probably the faster rapper but Dami's raps have good lyrics and her voice suits them

Soyeon's definitely my favorite, but I also like how Jennie's rap sounds. I haven't listened to the rappers in Dreamcatcher yet, but I've heard they were good so I might check them out.
