Hm. One of the best things for me is music.
Sometimes, I really just need a cheer up, so I’ll play really upbeat songs that will get me dancing and stuff. Exercise (I know when people are miserable this is like really annoying to hear but it has truth to it) can really boost your mood so moving about can help.
But sometimes I’m really just unable to find the energy to listen to something happy, so instead I’ll listen to sad music and just let myself process the emotions

Drink water too because again health can be a really good way of taking care of yourself. And make yourself feel cozy you deserve comfort

scrapbooking is one of the ways i relieve stress, i also rant in my diary, listen to nice and slow kpop songs to calm myself down, and do face masks! those are fun
you scrapbook? that's so cool! i've always wanted to scrapbook, but i don't even know where to start lol

I have self-care days where I take care of myself for the day. Usually it starts off with cleaning (the result of cleaning is satisfying and relaxing), and then dancing/exercising, then listening to music and relaxing. Afterwards I take a shower, lotion, face mask. :)

And for me I tend to feel good mentally when I look good. So I'll take a bath and have a mini spa day and what not.
Also just spending time doing kpop things will always get my mind off of the bad stuff.
