having a garbage day! what are your favorite self-care tips or things you do to cheer yourself up?
you scrapbook? that's so cool! i've always wanted to scrapbook, but i don't even know where to start lolscrapbooking is one of the ways i relieve stress, i also rant in my diary, listen to nice and slow kpop songs to calm myself down, and do face masks! those are fun

And for me I tend to feel good mentally when I look good. So I'll take a bath and have a mini spa day and what not.
Also just spending time doing kpop things will always get my mind off of the bad stuff.
