do you often get nightmares?

i just had one last night/early this morning and it got me thinking about how i almost never have nightmares... i used to have a recurring one as a child but i haven't had it in years and i've never really thought of it as a nightmare even though if it happened in real life i would be horrified.
other than that i can only think of 3 times i've had nightmares, including this most recent one... guess that's what i get for getting back on the coffee.

how often do you guys get nightmares? is there a certain food that always gives you nightmares?

not nightmares just weird unexplainable dreams

There were times I would often have nightmares but most of the time I only have strange dreams or no dreams at all

I usually just have strange dreams: Like 5 days ago, i had one where my sister and I were @ somebody's house and TXT was suddenly there and Beomgyu was like "HI! I'M BEOMGYU!" and he was too happy, so just walked out

Several times. If that happens. I wake up as if I witness a ghost.
