Does anyone believe in that stuff? If you’ve done one, has it worked how it was supposed to?

I have never done one but I do find them interesting. What about you guys?

I looked into them a while back and I really don't think they work.
I watched a review someone did as they watched the subliminals for the specified amount of time, and they ended up getting nightmares.

I think that’s what it is no? Cause if you search up subliminal definition it says “(of a stimulus or mental process) below the threshold of sensation or consciousness; perceived by or affecting someone's mind without their being aware of it.”
So it basically just messes with your consciousness with wave lengths

Yes and no. Subliminals are a real thing. Advertisements even use them. When you see an ad of a juicy burger, (or something else you like to eat), your mouth salivates. It's a subconscious reaction. Subliminals can work, but not all do. As in, supernatural things, etc. However, it can persuade your mind of certain things, such as eye color. So, yes, subliminals can work, but in a reasonable sense.
