Do you enjoy having your nails painted?

I always have my toenails painted and I like having my fingernails painted occasionally too. My fingernails can become a pain when they chip since I have to remove all of my nail polish then.

I don't go out of my way to get them done but if someone offer's to get them done for me I'll do it. Most of the time of I'll wear glue on nails for a while then let my nails grow natural.

I probably get a manicure/pedicure at a spa done about once a year.

Otherwise, my mom and I are doing it ourselves! I only paint my toenails in the summer, but I do a little foot soak, clean them up, and them paint them a pretty color. I like painting my toes more because the polish lasts longer and I can use my dominant hand to paint both feet hehe!

For a long time I never painted my fingernails at all... the curse of being a violinist (you need really really short nails all the time). This winter I painted them a bunch when I stopped playing, but I'm not very good at it and I get frustrated easily.

On a brighter note, I'm going to reward myself this weekend for finishing all of my classes with a home pedicure! My toes will be all pretty just in time for summer~

I think my nails have these lines on them due to the brushing of the brush while I'm painting my nails

Nope, mostly because it's time-consuming and if you don't have a fan or something to dry them off, it takes forever for the paint to dry and I can't keep still for that long so I end up messing up the paint ._.

yep! i usually put pastel colors/ depending on the season (like in winter i'm putting blue/green, and in summer peach color/pink)
i didn't painted my nails yet, but i was thinking of ^-^

No, not my fingernails. Maybe i put gloss on them to make them look shiny but no paint. Also i dont mind my toenails painted, as no one is gonna see them it's fine

I don't like nor dislike, but I tend to not do it as I use my hands alot and it's easy to get rid of the paint.
But if I am to paint, it is usually either black or hematite(a slightly shiny metallic color).

I paint them very very rarely...like once after 4-5 months. But it's nice, pretty and I enjoy when I paint them.

I love having my nails painted, all kinds of colors and designs. Unfortunately, I don't get to paint them a lot bcuz I work in fast food (plus my parents don't think I'm "girly enough" to paint my nails)

I hate not being able to cut my finger nails, I hate not being able to see if there’s dirt under my nails, I always end up picking the polish off coz it’s an easy thing for me to fiddle with and I don’t even like people touching my feet in the first place. Recently my mum painted my toe nails and I was literally crying from how much I hated it

No, I don't, but I think that's more because I dislike the smell of nail polish than not liking having colored nails.
I might consider using it for special occasions, such as weddings or something that is on the same level of "extra special", but otherwise I can't be bothered to.
