On September 15, Lee Jung Shin took to his Instagram and posted a photo of himself in his military uniform. In the caption, the bassist wrote, “Thank you for wishing me a happy birthday. Everybody, be healthy and happy!”
In response, many of his celebrity friends sent him additional birthday wishes in the comments. FTISLAND’s Lee Jaeajin said, “Happy birthday!” and Jang Hyunseung wrote, “Special forces soldier…so manly…” Super Junior M’s Zhoumi also wished Lee Jung Shin a happy birthday in Korean, whereas former Royal Pirates member James Lee celebrated Lee Jung Shin’s birthday in English. Actor Kang ShinHyo also commented, “Happy birthday, Bro,” and actress Park SoDam wrote, “Happy birthday, congrats, congrats.”
Lee Jung Shin is currently serving in the military after enlisting in July 2018. Jung YongHwa and Kang MinHyuk are also in the military, and the three CNBLUE members will all be discharged by March 2020.
