Can’t seem to log back into my og account

Hi so I’m having issues with getting my account back. See Ive sent a reset password request and haven’t gotten any. As well as sending a email to the email on the contact page. Ive made this account just to send this so I hope you see this. I know it may take a little to see, or respond to it but I’m just trying to make since of this. I can back this as well, I waited two days for an email as well and he kindly re set it for me in very short time. Even if he's not online he usually messages back when he is.
