Bang Yedam and Mashiho to Leave Treasure and YG Entertainment

After both Yedam and Mashiho's lengthy hiatuses, YG Entertainment announced that they would be leaving the group and company.
Here is the statement:
Hello, this is YG Entertainment.
First of all, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of the TREASURE MAKERS for all the support and love towards TREASURE.
Today, we have an important announcement about TREASURE’s future activities.
Going forward, TREASURE will transform into a 10-member group – consisting of Choi Hyun Suk, Jihoon, Yoshi, Junkyu, Yoon Jae Hyuk, Asahi, Doyoung, Haruto, Park Jeong Woo, and So Jung Hwan.
After a long and careful discussion with Mashiho and Bang Ye Dam, we mutually agreed to conclude the contracts between the two and YG Entertainment.
We have reached such agreement so that Mashiho can have enough time to recover from his health condition, and Bang Ye Dam can pursue his career as a producer.
Knowing that all of TREASURE’s fans have been waiting for Mashiho and Bang Ye Dam, we are very sad about their departure as they have been with TREASURE from the beginning. We ask for your continuing support for Mashiho and Bang Ye Dam.
YG Entertainment will put its best efforts in communicating with TREASURE MAKERS and supporting TREASURE’s future activities.

What are your thoughts?

For me I'm glad Mashiho is being given the opportunity to leave if he's struggling so much. And based on the statement, Yedam seems to enjoy production more than performing. So it's nice to see YG actually giving their artists freedome and letting them make career decisions.
I don't stan Treasure, so I'm not really affected, but I hope all Treasure Makers as well as the remaining 10 members are doing okay.

Im not a big treasure maker but Yedam caught my attention a lot and was a great singer, and mashiho was just great in general

Yedam he caught my attention a lot when he was in yg treasure box and became one of my favorite members from treasure. Even tho he wants to become a producer, if he does somehow happen to make a solo debut and release his own songs that he produces in the future, I will still support him.
And I loved mashiho’s vocals
