I go to sleep around 9-10 pm and wake up at 6 am but normally sleep at 5-6 am so prolly yes by the time I go back home Iβll most definitely be sleep deprived
I honestly don't know... I would much rather watch theory videos and look at Kprofiles than sleep, but still manage to get up in the morning not feeling like total garbage (most times)
I actually have been struggling with insomnia for a while now. Not only do I have a huge load at school that I spend night on n order to keep my grades up but I am also very prone to panic attacks and anxiety bouts where I can't seem to focus on anything. I have been to a few doctors and they have all treated me for different things.
At some point i was diagnosed with depression, ADHD bipolar disorder you name it. It all was not correct of course. In reality it was just a lot of stress at home. The unstable situation at home caused the insomnia and the panic attacks. Since I was a minor I did not really want t take all those medications. My mother was not really happy with that either.
I have found a combination of therapy and meditation that helped me get though the tough parts as well as a weighted blanket to help me sleep at night. I was kind of skeptical at first but after a few months I was firm believer of these things. I have tried a few different blankets throughout the years but the one that helped me the most and that I like the most is the one i ordered of here: https://sommio.co.uk/ It is amazing quality-wise as well as the fact that it is sturdy enough for many years of use. Hopefully it iwill be useful to you guys as well
NO I will never do that, I love to sleep more than anything but I do stay up until the next day in the 3-5 am. But I still sleep alot
Im also nocturnal, and have insomnia
no, but i am autistic so if the days are weird i am constantly low on spoons :") so i get enough sleep but other things like noise and changes in routines exhausts me
