I actually played Obey Me! for a while, so I can share my experience.
At first I really liked the concept. The idea of getting messages and calls from the characters is fun, and the whole demon brothers setup is pretty engaging. The characters themselves are probably the strongest part of the game. They all have distinct personalities, and it’s easy to get attached to a few of them.
But after some time it started to feel a bit repetitive. The story is interesting in the beginning, but progression can get slow, especially if you don’t want to spend money. The card system and battles felt more like a grind than something genuinely fun for me. I also found that a lot of interactions were locked behind leveling or events, which made it harder to just enjoy the story at my own pace.
Another thing is that while the chats and calls are a cool idea, they didn’t feel as meaningful after a while. It kind of became routine instead of something exciting.
