I wanted to jump in on this discussion because I absolutely love Korean food! If you're just starting out, I'd definitely recommend trying **bibimbap** – it’s a really flavorful rice bowl with veggies, egg, and gochujang (spicy paste) that’ll give you a nice intro to Korean flavors. Also, **kimchi** is a must-try if you're into fermented flavors, though it can be a bit of an acquired taste! On a slightly random note, I’ve had some Korean snacks that use dry whole milk powder as a base, and it’s surprisingly tasty in some of the sweets – a bit like a creamy, rich texture. It’s a fun twist if you’re looking to try something different!
