All 9 Members of TWICE Have Renewed Their Contracts with JYPE!

IT recently came out that all 9 members of TWICE have renewed their contracts with JYPE.
In addition, they did this ahead of when they would have needed to, as their renewal period was in October.

What are your thoughts and what do you hope to see with these new contracts?

My thoughts:
I am very surprised as I anticipated that several members like Mina, Chaeyoung, and Jeongyeon would leave JYPE.
I'm really hoping that the terms in the new contract allow for more solo activities. I would love to see other member debut solo, act in a drama, or become notable on variety shows like Mijoo.
I'm anticipating that we may get about 1 comeback a year, similar to APink. But I am completely fine with that.

i'm so unbelievably happy, i cried real tears when i first saw the news lol. i just want the members to be happy, and, judging from their recent instagram posts/stories, they are. i hope that they're given more rest and more opportunities for solo activities from now on

I often don’t like being wrong. But this. I’m very happy I was wrong about this. With all the hiatuses some members needed and with Nayeon debuting solo I really thought these were bad signs. But no. I’m so excited to see what they get up to

i'm really happy! but it's not what i expected lol
first, i also thought that members such like mina, chaeyoung or jeongyeon had a chance to leave jyp.... or maybe that the group could totally disband, bc i know that their working conditions with JYPE were poor, and still today
but also JYPE can't stop promoting their most popular girlgroup. so, finally, we can't know if they really wanted to continue or they're forced to do
anyways, i'm happy that they still continue <3
