Advice on Love and Relationship

hey guys! Is it ok to date while studying in university or college...like is it compulsory you should date or you should hang out or you should approach someone romantically..
Why we can just enjoy being single in those days with our friends....I have a friend of mine who is younger than me and she said it is ok when two of them like each other...but what if you see their true colors after a while..what if you undergo a heartbreak or depression?
Guys am I being a boomer? I actually treat those feelings as a part of growing up that is all and move on..
Isn't relationship and love part of a life and not the whole life itself? What is your take on this?

i think its completely fine! if that person makes you feel happy loved and safe thats always the most important thing. you still have to study and focus on classes to, but that doesn't mean you can't have fun in between and not enjoy life to.

just be honest with your intentions and always be open about your feelings.

if it ends up being someone you are no longer interested in, be honest about it. cheating is never a way to get out of a relationship. everyone changes with time, don't feel bad about it. if they make you feel bad, then maybe they were never the person for you and that's okay.

Wether you date or not in uni, is up to you. You don't have to if you don't want to, you're an adult. Though imo If you don't at all during your uni years you'd kinda miss out on your youth a bit...

Ahh thank you friend you know what being in relationship is seen like a crime in our country especially during school and university phase..if they were to find anybody like that the professors warn them..i don't know whether it happens everywhere..thus I just refrain myself from those things
Also I am always surrounded by people who doesn't even commit seriously into their relationship (they cheat or hide something from their partner, approach someone when they are already in a relationship) so I don't have much hope in love and relationship i don't even know how it works

i sorry about that, personally as a gay person myself I am privileged to live in Canada where I don’t think about that stuff. Sure I have my own issues and other stuff I struggle with but i have never dealt with that.

I hope your country moves forward in a positive way and everyone can live happily and stay safe.

Tbh since you said you liked him, you should maybe just risk it and tell him how you feel. I think there's a chance he likes you. And even if he doesn't, maybe he'll be interested in trying to date you. If he's not at all interested, could make things pretty ackward between you, it's for you to see.
You could try to indirectly find out if he likes you if you're too shy.
I'm assuming you're like 14-15. But if you're more like around 18, he could also just find you cute (with no feelings) and want to keep some type of good relationship with you partially in case you're down to sleep with him or go out with him one day.

If you actually really like him I'd say just go for it and text him, even if it scares you. You never know, maybe you'll get yourself a bf this week.
