Hi, I'm an old user of this platform and have been trying to get back into my account for quite some time now but every time I try to reset my password no email comes through. I checked and my account is still alive I just keep getting locked out because I can't remember my password. Is there any way to get into it or is it a lost cause?

I did recently and the only thing I ever received were emails about threads in the forums

Maybe it would be best to notify an Admin if this issue wasn't resolved already (it looks like it has)
