I'm currently rewatching Doctors 9-12 for the third time!
My favorite Doctor is the 10th and my favorite companion in Rose.
However, my favorite episode is during the 11th doctor's tenure. It's "Vincent and the Doctor".
I also really like the episode with the Library where we first meet River Song.
I love the episode and it always makes me cry.
I think for favorite villain I would chose the Weeping Angels. They just have such a unique concept.

I completely forgot Captain Jack was the Face of Boe and got to the episode where i t was revealed. I've never had a bigger 'holy shit' moment.
