Jin - Deep pink
V - Orange
Suga - Baby pink
RM - Olive green
J-Hope - Light yellow
Jungkook - Dark red
Jimin - Purple

As for Dreamcatcher, my answer is sort of influenced by their fandom, but here they are:

Jiu - Pink, black
Sua - Red, purple
Siyeon - Blue
Handong - Purple, orchid purple
Yoohyeon - Green
Dami - Yellow
Gahyeon - Orange
