WHITELIST was made purely out of impulse, and the desire to have sibling groups (BLACKLIST & WHITELIST) like SM does. I'm a little (only a little??) addicted to those SM theory videos that say things like "How all artists under SM are connected" and "Who is the red force?", and I wanted to make a universe just like that. This resulted in the creation of Hourglass.

WHITELIST started out with a spy concept, but with a twist. They were the "antis" of BLACKLIST, the opposites. The story was originally told from BLACKLIST's end which (i hope) gave everyone a sense of the story from one end. The concept has not yet been revealed fully as I want it to be gradual. You will see a lighter concept down the road. While BLACKLIST might embrace a darker one. Who knows?

For this album, my sister @Iz*Grass made the tracklist which is why Pathway Ent. has partial ownership over WHITELIST but Moonlight still has more (lmao). The whole entire group was introduced out of impulse as I realized that WHITELIST would not be "the first boy group of this generation" if I didn't work fast as there were already boy groups in the work. To answer your hypothetical question. Yes. I did make this all within ten minutes out of impulse. The making of this exact thread took so long because I didn't design the album cover and was too lazy to design it for a LONG time.

I'm going to cut it off now because I'm bored and can't be bothered to actually use my brain to think about what to say for once.

First of all, I'd like to apologize for not posting anything, and this whole entire thing is just getting pushed back a week. My lazy ass decided not to get online and post everything. To continue, the monochrome version, to be quite frank, is just me stealing from Ateez. The thing about these faceclaims that the members of WHITELIST have is that they are all mostly from the same groups (amounting to 3 groups faceclaims are taken from I think) but none of them fit together in this concept.

I was thinking about the promotions thing and how it's not smart to simply just post a new music show thing every day but instead ill post it all together and do some other thing completely inspired by @.Lost_In_The_Dream (I don't want to tag her because it's wayy out of context). Maybe I'll do a concept playlist or smth too. My current ideas are: Vlive, moodboard, albums (inspired by @.Lost_In_The_Dream) and maybe a fansign and something ill come up with later.
