i just feel like telling her i love her every second
I feel horrible. Everything is too much for me im causing problems again. I can’t handle my emotions and everything is just piling on top of each other I can’t handle it anymore. Everything and everyone is affecting me I can’t do anything right I feel like everything that happens is all my fault. I feel like I’m forbidden from good days. I’ve been crying everyday. I was doing well without having those thoughts but now they’re coming back at the worse times. I wanna go back to normal I can’t handle it.

i can't even hide that im not okay anymore
I'm insecure but now I think the main one is my weight
my sister brings up my weight like basically every time she gets mad at me, like I get it I gained weight during covid-19
back when my mom was alive she was aware of me gaining weight and said it didn't start until covid-19
along with that at my last school my friends bf would talk about it as well and I felt really uncomfortable

growing up I did a lot that made me stay fit, I used to love running and doing cartwheels
I've also always liked eating healthy ever since I was really little but ig after my mom died it just didn't feel the same anymore
and I feel like I started gaining more after that, now thinking about it makes me scared bc my mom was working on losing weight
but she needed up getting really sick
