Why is it that I lose so much weight and then still feel insecure
I lost around 30 pounds in less than a year, and I still feel ugly and fat
I am still overweight by BMI standards
I need to lose 10 pounds and lose 20% of my body fat in the next month, or I won't get accepted for the company I want to work with
For my height, they want me to be 115, which is so far from what I am now
I hate how strict this place is
I don't want to gain all the weight back, and there's no faster way than the unhealthy way
I have been bed-rotting and eating whatever for the past month, and it really took me off track and further from my goal
I hope I can love myself someday.
