Why cant my legs be skinny like the girls at my school? Like dont get me wrong i like how my legs look but i just get insecure a lot, i feel like theyre too big yk and i just wanna have legs that are skinny like the girls at my school. The same goes for my stomach, i hate it, i wanna have a flat one, im trying rn with my new little diet of eating once a day meal wise, i just hope the way my stomach looks goes down and flattens so i can stop this insecurity i have out of my like 5 or something

When you diet make sure you don't over do it.

I came to this thread the other night and read a lot of the responses. A lot of you appear to be younger than me, so I wanted to give words of encouragement. I know things are hard, but there gets to be a point in your life where you can feel more comfortable in your own skin and be able to get yourself out of these hard situations. I'm almost 30 and I've had many up and downs in life. I have bipolar 2 and ptsd that I take medication and go to therapy for. I still struggle with my body image, but what I've learned is it really is true when people say what's on the inside is more important. I may not be fit and look amazing, but I can think of positive qualities that really are more important than how I look. There are women my age who may look prettier than me, but it doesn't mean they're a better person than me. I also wanted plastic surgery on my nose at one point, but I grew to like my nose how it is. One thing too is it helps to be around people who help you see the good in life. If you're friends with people who put you down, they are not worth your time and energy. I settled for bully friends as a teen because I was afraid to be alone. I left those friends and really grew as a person. Things get better but it happens with changes you make and sometimes risks you take.

When i first got here it was cool. People were so welcoming and friendly. Until people got tired of talking to me and the conversations grew less and less interesting as time passed.Even thoughs i trusted and talked to called me toxic(Yeah..). My friends irl always call me the n-word, call me a slave, piece of shit. When we're together they're nice and funny but with others they make fun of me and look at me as if i'm dumb. My mom doesn't help. She never asks me about my day.

SHUT up, please? I try. I really do. Being the only mixed one in my family and it hurts especially. He helps tho. sometimes.But they wouldn't even let me inside the Stray Kids gc! Why? Because i'mdumb..an idiot..fake..used up..

My body is a whole different story. When i look at my face i'm fine(Until) People say i look like a boy without makeup but my mom and BROTHER look at me weird when i put makeup on.Being dark-skinned in my city, there are no tones that fit mine. I barely fit in my fucking favorite jeans. and i always wear sweaters because i need to hide the scars i have from Cut**** myself. Or they'll know how much i hate myself. He tells me not to. It's a bad habit..Can it be helped..no?

My adhd makes everything worse."Concentrate..concentrate". Its exhausting.I just wanna quit life but everyone wants me to continue.Why? So they dont feel guilty when i die.

When i speak Korean everyone assumes its not real...But it is. I am Korean-African.I may not look like it but i was born in Korea..Stop h@rassing me..please? I beg of you..I don't want to hurt anymore..please..

I relate to this in a way. I'm mixed as well and have had similar experiences like that. If you ever need anyone to talk to, i'm here! Just remember, you're not alone. I'll always be here.

It hurts knowing someone youre really close to doesnt answer you when theyre clearly online, instead they ignore you and answer other people. I really thought they would answer me when i gave them an update on what ibwas figuring out that they helped me on yet they didnt, it hurts, ik our timezones are different but just knowing they were online and didnt answer me still hurts. I hope they answer me one day
