"i've got that summertime, summertime sadness" except I actually do and it reoccurs every year and nothing helps

I'm genuinely so done with my seasonal depression, I hate how it makes my already bad relationship with food worse

Why am I trying to go back to that place when I promised I never wanted to go back why am I dealing with nicotine, Alcohol, and drugs again 13 year old me fought so hard to stay off drugs I was clean for a year now I'm back at it I'm such a disappointment

i genuinely wonder why i overreact so badly. i feel like a really toxic and bad person to all of my friends. I get really upset about things i caused or small tiny things. I show way too much emotion.
