Soo well I just thought about this and wanted to share
like at my school we are learning about Africa right and this one kid says doesn’t Africa have no water ?…… like umm what!? ( ps I am African )
what do you this we drink then like what is bro yapping about
another time on the bus and I was talking to this one kid our conversation ended talking about africa or like where we are from or something and I said I come from Africa and he was like do you guys actually live in huts?………bro can not be serious…… this wasn’t even offensive anymore I was just laughing out of disbelief and disappointment. Like at this point I hunt my own food guys
and lastly this was back in 6th grade or something and we were on a science field trip and it was really windy that day so the teacher asked us to find stuff to help weight the paper down so it wouldn’t fly away, and by the time I got like a stick to help out my teacher said she didn’t need it anymor then you know what one kid said yeah jinnie ( they used my actual name) go put the stick down we are not in Africa………… * DEEP BREATH * WHAT THE ACTUAL HECK BRO HOW YOU THINK I GOT TO AMERICA YOU THINK I GREW WINGS AND FLEW HERE YOU THINK MY COUNTRY IS THAT BAD BRO SHUT UP ps i didn’t actually say that to him i was mad back then but when i look at it now i just laugh cause i don’t give a fudge
