Hello! Im a moderator there, unfortunately I cannot do anything about confirmation emails, thats out of my power and only Kpoppa and Selkhet can do anything. There has been a lot of issues with confirming emails recently, it might be a glitch.

Your account doesn't seem to have anything stopping the email from not confirming, have you tried clicking on the link also provided in the email that helps you verify?
