You all have probably heard by now, but Siyeon (@SIU.GP) and I have created our own label! Welcome to NewLight Entertainmenr era, guys! Please come support former PREP artists as we start to re-debut! Siyeon will let you know who our idols are soon... (Some of the former idols left, sadly...)

Where are all the former PREP Entertainment trainees at now?

I'm sure you all have been curious about this ever since PREP announced their bankruptcy. Well, let me break it down for you, group by group:

WHAM!88:
Aram - Despite fan speculation that Aram would leave the K-Pop scene altogether and focus on school, this is not the case. Aram is actually signing with the label 321 Entertainment, an agency known for their popular actors/actresses! She's been in a few dramas, such as 'Be Perfect' and 'Luminescence Academy', and we all know she's a super talented actress! We're excited to see what she'll do in the future!

Yoonhye - Yoonhye is the one who has quit the industry altogether. After the news of PREP's closing, Yoonhye went to social media to give fans one last goodbye, saying: 'I love you all, but I can't come back'. We're unsure of what she's up to now, but we hope that she can be successful in whatever she tries next!

Jihyo - Jihyo has been a flurry of action since leaving PREP. Since releasing her first solo digital single a few weeks ago, to announcing that she'll be signing with a new label and re-debuting under them. Although it's unclear what she'll be doing under her new label so far, fans are hopeful she'll just be quick to release new music.

Handong - Several of PREP's foreign idols went back to their home country, Handong included. She hasn't given us much of an update on her life, except for one post on her social media account: 'I loved being a singer so much, I hope I get to continue with it!'

Avery - Avery is going off with Aram! Both got contracts to be in 321 Entertainment as actresses. We're happy that the A² girls of WHAM!88 get to stay together, and are hopeful they'll get to star in a drama together sometime soon!

Kelly - Sadly, Kelly isn't going to be staying in the industry any longer. She posted a goodbye letter to her social media account, saying how much she loved this opportunity to perform. But she then went on to say that she wanted to focus on her schooling for a bit. Since she's still in high school, it's understandable that she'd want this. I hope that she can return to the scene in some way after she graduates, but if not, then I wish her well.

Penelope - Penelope is joining NewLight! And it's confirmed she will be going solo. At least, somewhat. After posting a poll on her socials and getting a bunch of love for the idea of her going solo, she said that was the most likely option for her.

Solo:
Mel - Mel has since created her own label as well. Unfortunetely, none of the other former PREP idols have joined her. But she said she will be continuing her solo career, she'll be taking it in a new direction.

RUBIX:
Tika - The RUBIX members all posted on their social media what they'd all be doing after disbandment. Tika announced that she's joining Red Lights Entertainment to go solo under. But she hasn't announced when she'll be going solo yet. Hopefully we'll hear more from her in the future!

Nori - She's joining NewLight! She wasn't sure what she'd be doing under this new agency, but she said she'd either be joining a group or going solo. No matter what she does, I hope she's successful!

Yuki - She's joining NewLight too! In her post, she mentioned that all the Japanese idols were moving to NewLight to debut in a Japanese group together.

SuA - SuA is going to America! She recently stated that she was interested in joining an actual band. She loves rock more than pop, so she's been considering leaving the K-Pop industry for a while. In the post, she mentioned that she had a friend from America who offered her a spot as lead singer in his pop punk band.

Hyebin - Hyebin didn't tell us much in her post, but she did mention she's taking a break from performing for a while. She said "I don't know what direction I want my life to take, and I just want to take a while to figure that out". We wish Hyebin luck on her endeavors to figure out herself.

Forever Winner:
Eunji - Although we're not sure what label she's currently under, Eunji mentioned in an interview that she was finally going to become an actress. She mentioned that she was originally training to become an actress, but when the opportunity to maybe debut in a group came around, she couldn't pass it down. Now she gets to experience both things she always has wanted to do!

R.Y - Despite loving being an idol, R.Y admitted it was a lot more stressful than she could have imagined. She said in a post that she was going to take a break for a while to figure out if being an idol is what she really wants.

Jiyeon - Not a lot of info on Jiyeon has been released yet, except that Masks Entertainment just announced that she'll be debuting as a soloist under them.

Yulia - Yulia said that she will most likely go back to Russia and go solo there. She said in her post: "As much as I love Korea, I'm homesick." We wish her luck as she tries to go solo in her homeland.

Amy - Amy is joining JYP! Of course one of the most talented PREP artists is joining a popular company like that. We aren't sure what she's going to do there, but she said she hopes she can go solo.

Dami - Dami is also going to America to make music there. She'll be a one-man band, at least until she can find more band members. "It'll just be me and my guitar," she said on her social media.

Matilda:
(Most of the members of Matilda are from Glass Pearls and Gxxd Kids, so I'll put them there.)
Ji Su - After a bunch of failed debut attempts, Ji Su has announced she'll be leaving the industry forever. She wants to pursue something that's not going to put her in the limelight anymore.

Glass Pearls:
Yuri - Believe it or not, Yuri was dating someone! Rumors have been going around for a few years now, but Yuri finally confirmed it, then said she'll be leaving the industry to get married in a few months. We wish her luck as she moves on with her life, and we're excited for her!

Lindzy - Lindzy is returning to China to become a singer in her home country. She said in a post: 'As much as I love K-Pop, I miss my home. So I'll be moving back and pursuing music there.'

JinJoo - Nothing much has been said about JinJoo yet, other than she'll be leaving the industry.

Letesia - Letesia and Kiri are becoming an international duo! They said their genre will most likely be pop punk, the middle for both their favorite genres.

Daze - Daze has been out of the industry since Glass Pearls disbanded about a year and a half ago. We're unsure what she's doing currently, but fans wish her well!

SiU - SiU is one of the CEOs of NewLight! She'll be working with Winter of &Season to bring us new, amazing groups!

Kiri - Letesia and Kiri are becoming an international duo! They said their genre will most likely be pop punk, the middle for both their favorite genres.

Jiwoo - Jiwoo has already started with her new career. She's an official model now, although she doesn't have a set place she's working for yet. But it's only a matter of time!

Pansy - Since we know all the Japanese idols are going to debut in a Japanese group under NewLight, we can guess that Pansy is going with them, although she hasn't confirmed anything yet.

&Season:
Winter - SiU's NewLight co-CEO! Winter also announced that she may be going solo or debuting a duo with her and SiU...

Autumn - She'll continue being an actress with her brother under a new company. As of now, we're unsure of what company that is.

April - April will also be continuing with her solo career. She'll be joining the label Mel is opening and they will be working together to continue with their solo careers!

Summer - Another member to be joining the Japanese group! Although, again, she hasn't confirmed anything, but Winter said all of the Japanese idols would be joining the group, so we're hoping the ones who haven't confirmed yet will still be joining!

Gxxd Kids:
Lexi - Recent photos show that Lexi has gone to France for a bit. Whether she's staying there or coming back to the industry, we're not sure.

Jieun - She announced that she'll be joining the twins Autumn and Ji Min as they become actors under a new label.

Nayeon - Recent news posts announced that Nayeon will be performing on the new survival show, 'Ready, Set, Perform!' Nayeon has been on survival shows before, and we hope this time a successful debut will be awaiting her.

Nali - Nali is joining a new, lesser known label to debut in a group. She was the fifth and last member announced, so they should be debuting in a few months.

Baihe - Baihe announced that she will be another PREP idol to be going to China. She said 'I hope everyone who is joining me back in our homeland can join together and do a collab sometime! Since we're all so close now!'

Yumi - Yumi has been out of the industry a while now. When fans asked if she'll ever come back, she replied: 'Depends on if I'll ever get a successful debut.'

Dew - Dew is leaving this industry as well, but she is doing so for happy reasons. Recently she opened a restaraunt and she said 'I'll be focusing on becoming a successful businesswoman from now on. My idol days are completely behind me.'

Lumine - Another one for the Japanese group! Other than that, we haven't heard much from Lumine.

Choi Yuna - She's going with Lumine to NewLight. But we heard that through SiU. What Yuna is doing at NewLight, we have no idea.

Blue Roses:
Airi - Airi officially announced she'll be going to NewLight with several other former Blue Roses members. She also announced she'll be a member of the Japanese group.

Wendy - She's another one who will be joining NewLight! She posted this on her social media, then said she'd like to join a group or be a soloist, but she didn't care which one.

Micha & Aidana - Micha and Aidana are joining NewLight together! They announced they'll be debuting as a duo eventually under their new label.

Sooha - Sooha will be re-debuting under Iso Entertainment, along with some other former K-Pop idols. Just none of which are from PREP.

Suki - She'll be joining the Japanese group, naturally. She even confirmed it on her socials.

Lisa & Minnie - They weren't entirely sure what they were going to do after disbandment, they were just sure about two things: 1. They'll stick together and 2. They'll continue making music. We're all excited for our adorable Thai twins!

13 Dreamers:
Siyoon - First off, none of these girls have said anything about what they're doing after disbandment. All of them have seem to just vanished into thin air. So all of these are guesses that people have made based on things they've seen. And Siyoon seems to have signed with a new label, so good for her.

Chosa - Chosa is under a new label with Siyoon.

Alexa - People suspect Alexa is continuing with school after several students have seen her walking around their campus. Whether she'll return or not, we don't know.

Abby, Nora, Xiaojun & Sally - This is the only one that has been actually confirmed. These four girls are making their own indie Chinese group.

Bridgette - She's peobably joining the NewLight Japanese group.

Chaehyeon - She has released a few solo songs since leaving PREP but hasn't promoted them anywhere. So we think she joined a new label but we're unsure.

Olivia - Fans suspect she's going to America after several interviews where she hints at an "All-American Solo Debut". Unsure what that means, but alright.

Liana - SiU has confirmed that Liana is under NewLight. For what purpose though, we're unsure.

Irina - Irina has completely disappeared, and she is good at hiding. There have been no sightings of her anywhere, neither real life or social media.

Yeseo - Yeseo hinted at maybe finding a new career path on her socials. But she said she was unsure what she wanted to be if she wasn't an idol. So we wish her luck in figuring that out.

And that's what all the former PREP idols are currently doing! We're excited to see how they all bloom with what they're doing now!
