Are we allowed to make appreciation threads for members on Kprofiles??

there are some people here that really should be appreciated so are we allowed to make appreciation threads for them??

Just like mentioned before, appreciation threads for members aren't allowed in case someone feels left out and unnoticed but also in case the forum gets spammed with those.
Members, however, can show some kind of appreciation to other members through profile messages or private messages.
